JBISoft has contractual relationships on the following Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACS): ENCORE, ENCORE II, NexGen Small & LargeBusiness, VETS GWAC, and USAMS II.
ENCORE contracts provide the full range of Information Technology (IT) solutions required by the Department Of Defense (DOD), other Federal agencies, state and local governments.
Under these contracts, the contractors provide services, hardware, software and associated enabling products to satisfy IT activities at all operating levels. Areas supported by these contracts include Command and Control, Intelligence and Mission Support areas, as well as all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).
The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO firms. VETS presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business goals through purchase of Information Technology solutions from small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans.
ENCORE II contracts includes all activities within the Military Services and DoD to satisfy their Information Technology (IT) requirements. IT solutions encompass a range of capabilities from old legacy systems to new, emerging net-centric technologies.
Under these contracts, the contractor shall assist the government in providing IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of all customer organizations in support of all functional requirements including Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, and Mission support areas, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).
The USSTRATCOM Systems and Missions Support (USAMS II) contract shall provide non-personal, advisory and assistance services in support of studies, system engineering and technical analysis. This is end-to-end systems and mission support includes all USSTRATCOM, their component commands, supporting and supported agencies, and the Air Force Weather Agency (AFWA). All operational and intelligence requirements will be satisfied through technically feasible, integrated, cost-effective system improvements, acquisition recommendations, logistics support, integration, and procedural analysis.
The NexGen contracts provide a full range of Information Technology (IT) engineering services, capabilities and enabling products to support DISA worldwide, DOD and other federal agencies.
The NexGen contracts support the DISA mission to "plan, engineer, develop, test and manage programs and to acquire, implement, operate, and maintain information systems for C4I and mission support under all conditions of peace and war."
