The Status Grid is a near-real time visualization of a set of trouble tickets. It is accessed using a standard web browser. The grid depicts the status of a set of locations and the network resources at each location. The color of each cell is determined by the state of open trouble tickets and set of business rules. Operators maintain the life-cycle of trouble tickets as a standard part of their CON-OPS. The Status Grid application interprets this set of trouble tickets to generate an overall status display fit for presentation on large overhead displays as well as at personal workstations.

With one glance, a decision maker can determine the status of all network operations trouble tickets. The decision maker sees the progression of each problem from discovery to resolution and can quickly remedy problem areas.
Cyberattacks are becoming more frequent in today's wired world. As adversaries become more advanced, the technologies blocking their efforts must also become more advanced. JBISoft provides web based consolidated visualization of the data collected by the AIDE (Advanced Intrusion Detection Environment) system used by PACOM. The visualizations provide the decision maker high level status of his AIDE system and its intrusion detection sensors. Each enterprise has a set of critical servers and services - it is the JBISoft visualization that provides the filtering necessary to weed through the mountains of data and see only activity involving the critical servers and services.
As a corollary to the intrusion detection event metrics visualization, JBISoft provides near real-time visualization of the particular intrusion domains. These domains are defined as the internal critical list of network resources, the general list of internal network resources, and all other external sources of intrusion events. The visualization provides a high-level depiction of the interaction between each of the domains. This information is presented using a reducing radius display. Attackers and attackees are joined by lines. Resources involved with greatest activity migrate toward the center of the display. This focuses the decision makers attention on these areas.
